I am super ecstatic to announce that Matt and Sarah’s beautiful rooftop proposal at the Four Seasons Hotel in Baltimore was featured on Charm City Wed!! I can still remember the bountiful amounts of hydrangeas, the glistening tea light candles and warm sunset beaming over the Baltimore harbor like it was yesterday. Matt you planned one heck of a proposal, and Sarah you picked just as great of a guy! Congrats you two 🙂
